Categories of providers MontOak Digital LLC relies on to operate HockeyOS. Each is engaged under contract, limited to what is needed to run the service, and reviewed before onboarding.

Current provider categories

Optional integrations
Some capabilities only involve a third party when your organization turns them on — for example calendar export to a personal calendar app, or SMS notifications where enabled for your program. Those providers process data only for the feature you enabled.
Changes and notice
We update this page when we add or replace a provider. Customers with a signed data processing agreement can request advance notice of new subprocessors by writing to privacy@montoakdigital.com. Named provider details and a data processing agreement are available on request for procurement and security reviews.
